Hidden disabilities and difficulties are those which are not immediately apparent to the causal observer. For example, a person may be affected with a disability, but not look disabled, this is further complicated when the symptoms of the disability present.

 

There are many hidden disabilities and difficulties affecting children and adults, and we provide training to raise awareness and develop the understanding and skills required of staff, to work effectively with some common hidden disabilities and difficulties.
