What this means is that our trainers at ATA Training and Development Ltd have undertaken rigorous training and accreditation themselves, to ensure that they deliver subject specific courses that our mapped to healthcare compliance requirements. Our training courses also assist learning towards The Care Certificate Standards, Health & Social Care Diploma Level 2 and 3 Units and assist in meeting the requirements of National Occupational Standards and Health & Safety Legislation.

Our approach to the training and development of health and social care workers and leaders is embedded in applied psychological theory. We do not want attendees of our training courses to feel like it was just another tick-box experience their managers made them do, as part of the conditions of their employment.
