Maintain the privacy and dignity of the individual(s) in their care.

Understand how to support active participation.
Course Overview
Target Population: All staff who may require Person Centred Care Training.

Course Duration: 3 hours.
​
​Certification: Level 1 Award in Person-Centred care.
​
Assessment: Knowledge assessment via a question paper.
​

Act of 1974; Equality Act 2010; Mental Capacity Act 2005 and associated code of practice; Mental Health Act 2007 and Code of Practice; Human Medicines Regulations 2012; Autism Act; Human Rights Act & the Care Act 2014.

Can assist with the knowledge compliance of the Care Certificate Standard 5 for Person Centred Care & Standard 7 for Privacy & Dignity.
